The platform is designed to support learners through both collective and private learning formats.
4.2 Service Availability
bexazaa makes reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available at all times. However, the platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

13.2 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting bexazaa at help@bexazaa.com or through your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to any refund unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.
13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.
